Q. Which parts of the UK do you cover?
A. We cover all parts of the UK. We have a network of experienced cash investors so we can facilitate a quick house sale throughout the country.
Q. How does the Sell and Rent Back scheme work?
A. In some circumstances, you might not want to move out of your home, though you may be finding it impossible to meet mortgage payments. This is very typical nowadays with rising mortgage rates, especially for people coming off fixed rate mortgages. In these cases, after we organise the quick house sale we may be able to give you the opportunity to stay in the property as tenants on a long term basis.
Q. What if my property is in poor condition?
A. Poor condition is not normally an issue for us. We will usually still be able to make a "Sell House Fast" offer.
Q. How do you calculate your offer price?
A. Property Purchase Express will typically offer around 75-80% of the market value of your home and the purchase will normally complete within 2 to 4 weeks. Bearing in mind the typical price achieved through an estate agent, if they can actually get you a sale, is around 89% of the asking price, and after factoring in the speed and certainty of a sale through us, and after taking into account the costs we save you, you may well find our "Sell House Fast" solution the best way forward all round.
Q. I need help to stop repossession. Can you do anything in these circumstances?
A. We can often help in these circumstances, even if the court has given you an imminent date to leave your home. We should be able to assist you to stop repossession and allow you to continue to live in your home.
Q. How quickly will the sale happen?
A. Completion usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. However, we can move things more quickly if required.
Q. What are the fees I have to pay?
A. Nothing. You will have no commission fees as we are not an estate agency. We can cover all your legal costs, and we pay for all valuations (unlike some other companies). Our offer to you is also free of charge with no obligation whatsoever.
